Kelly is the Executive Director of Austin Habitat for Humanity. A leader in the field of long-term affordable homeownership development, Kelly was a founding Board member of the National Community Land Trust Network and currently serves on the National Shared Equity Coalition. Prior to her position with Austin Habitat, Kelly served as the Sr. Vice President of PeopleFund, and she was the founding Executive Director of PeopleTrust. Kelly served as the Director of the City of Austin’s Housing Finance Corporation, a public non-profit housing finance corporation. Before her affordable housing career, she was in private law practice, and began her career at Anderson Consulting. Kelly earned a B.A. with honors from Rice University in Houston, Texas, and received her J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law.
