MacCurrach was the founding Executive Director of The First Tee of Greater Austin in September 1999, where she served for nine years before becoming President of The Next Tee in 2008, and then Executive Director at The First Tee of Charlotte in 2011. She has returned in 2012 to The First Tee of Greater Austin to resume her position as Executive Director.

Prior to moving to Austin to start The First Tee program, Jennifer was involved in both the golf club industry and junior golf in North Florida, she was the Founder of the PGA Tour’s Junior Golf Foundation of North Florida (currently the North Florida Junior Golf Tour) and was recognized several times at both the chapter and section level for her involvement in junior golf. She has also served on The First Tee’s National Advisory Committee and was recognized for her contributions as the one of the recipients of the 2007 World Golf Foundation’s Chairman Award.

MacCurrach is a graduate of the University of South Florida.
